When will I receive the prize I requested?
We send out prizes twice a month. If you request a prize before 11:59pm EST on the 14th of the month, we will ship it out on or around the 25th of the same month. If you request a prize before 11:59pm EST on the 31st of the month, we will ship it out on or around the 10th of the next month.
